These terms apply when you use reviewmore.co.uk, request a free Review Card or order cards from us. ReviewMore is a trading name of Summit Up Digital, a sole trader business run by Peter Butler. By requesting or ordering cards you agree to these terms. We have tried to keep them short and clear.

1. Free Review Cards

We offer a free Google Review Card (an NFC card that opens your Google review page when a customer taps it with their phone) to UK businesses, as a way to try ReviewMore. The free offer is limited to one card per business, and we may decline or limit requests that look like misuse. Free cards are posted to a UK address, with postage included, normally within 3 working days of your request.

Requesting a free card does not commit you to buying anything. We may contact you by email, phone or text about your request and about related ReviewMore products and services. You can ask us to stop at any time.

2. Ordering cards

You can order extra standard cards and custom branded cards through the order form on our Review Cards page. The price and quantity shown when you place your order is the price you pay. Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK delivery. We confirm your order and arrange payment with you directly, and we do not take card payments or card details through this website.

Standard cards are normally posted within 3 working days of your order, and custom branded cards within 7 working days, after we have everything we need from you (such as your Google review link, logo and brand colours). These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and delays outside our control (such as problems with the post) can happen.

Because custom branded cards are made to your specification, we cannot normally offer a refund once production has started, unless the cards are faulty or not as agreed.

3. Faulty or incorrect cards

If your cards arrive faulty, damaged or not as ordered, email us at hello@reviewmore.co.uk within 14 days of delivery and we will replace them or refund you. Where you are buying as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.

4. What we need from you

You agree that the information you give us (including your business details and Google review link) is accurate, and that you have the right to use any logo, name or artwork you send us for custom cards. We may refuse to print anything unlawful, offensive or that infringes someone else’s rights.

5. Using the cards properly

The cards link to your own Google review page. You are responsible for how you use them, including following Google’s review policies. In particular, you should not offer rewards for reviews, selectively ask only happy customers for reviews, or post or buy fake reviews. We cannot control what reviews your customers choose to leave, and we do not guarantee any particular number of reviews, star rating or increase in sales.

6. Paid review automation service

We may offer a paid monthly review automation service. If you sign up, the price, what is included and how to cancel will be confirmed to you before you pay, and the full terms will be provided with that offer. Nothing in these terms signs you up to a subscription.

7. Our website

We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. The content, logos and designs on this website belong to ReviewMore or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.

8. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, business or reputation, and our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

How we use your personal information and cookies is explained in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and the version in place when you request or order cards applies to that request or order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring claims in your local courts.
