Privacy & Cookie Policy

This policy explains what personal information ReviewMore collects through reviewmore.co.uk and when you contact us, why we use it, who we share it with and what your rights are. We have tried to keep it plain and short.
1. Who we are
ReviewMore is a trading name of Summit Up Digital, a sole trader business run by Peter Butler. For data protection law we are the “controller” of the personal information described in this policy.

2. What information we collect
Information you give us
When you request a free Review Card, place a card order, call, text or email us, we may collect:
- your name, business name and business type;
- your email address and phone number;
- your postal address, so we can post your cards;
- the link to your Google review page and, for branded cards, your logo and brand colours;
- the details of your order (card type, quantity, price) and any messages you send us.
We do not take card payments through this website, and we never ask for card details in the forms.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, our hosting provider records technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device and the pages requested. This is used to deliver the site securely and keep it working. If you choose to accept marketing cookies, tools such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel may also collect information about how you use the site (see section 8).
3. How and why we use it

We do not sell your personal information.
4. Who we share it with
We only share information with organisations that help us run ReviewMore, and only what they need:
- HighLevel (LeadConnector), our customer management, forms and messaging platform, which stores form submissions and helps us send emails and texts;
- Netlify, which hosts this website;
- Royal Mail or other couriers, who receive your name and address to deliver cards;
- Card manufacturers and printers, who may receive your business name, logo and Google review link in order to produce your cards;
- Meta Platforms, only if you accept marketing cookies (see section 8);
- professional advisers, accountants or authorities where we are legally required to.
Some of these providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards the law requires, such as approved international transfer agreements.
5. If you use the ReviewMore service for your business
If you become a ReviewMore client, we may handle the names and contact details of your customers in order to send review requests for you. In that case you decide why and how that information is used and we act on your instructions as your processor. We will explain what is needed, and agree the details with you, before any customer information is used.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and free-card requests that do not lead to an order: up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Orders, invoices and payment records: 6 years, to meet tax and accounting rules.
- Marketing preferences and opt-outs: for as long as needed to respect your choice.
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct anything that is wrong;
- ask us to delete your information, in some circumstances;
- object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use your information;
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on it;
- ask for your information in a portable format, in some circumstances.
To use any of these rights, email hello@reviewmore.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We also use similar technology, such as your browser’s local storage. We split them into two groups.

The first time you visit, a banner asks for your choice. We remember it for 6 months. You can change it at any time using , and you can also clear cookies in your browser settings.
9. Security
The site uses HTTPS, and we keep personal information in reputable, access-controlled systems. No online service can be completely risk-free, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
